We aim to give good quality care and to promote a way of life that allows you to enjoy your rights as an individual to the greatest extent. Montécare's philosophy is to give good value, first class caring customer service and excellent product quality is key.

Quality Assurance

At Montécare we concentrate every effort on providing a quality Domiciliary (Home Care) service To our service users fulfilling their everyday needs utilising the skills and experience of our highly trained and dedicated care assistants. Each new member of staff, having successfully completed the rigorous recruitment and selection process, receives induction training that includes Mandatory training i.e. Medication, Protection for Vulnerable Adults (Abuse POVA). moving and handling, food hygiene, Fire Safety, RIDDOR, COSSH, Infection Control, First Aid and specialist courses that they need to do after which they will undertake to do their NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Care.

In addition to this comprehensive training programme our service delivery is regularly monitored with announced and unannounced spot checks to make sure that the service we are giving is of a very high standard. Specialist training and development opportunities such as regular in-house supervision and awareness sessions are presented by our very experienced Training and Development Manager.

We all take pride in the quality of our care service and actively seek feedback from our service users, complimentary or otherwise. Our Management and Senior Care Assistants will carry out regular monitoring visits with service users to assess the level of service and a Service User Satisfaction Survey will be carried out annually for this purpose. The results of which are analysed and used to make improvements if the need is identified.
